Reiki Shares
At Holistic Health Cleveland, your Reiki training doesn’t end when class is over. Students who complete any level of Reiki at HHC are invited to our free monthly Reiki Shares. These gatherings are completely optional and offer a relaxed opportunity to practice Reiki, gain experience, ask questions, and connect with like-minded people.
First Degree Reiki
First Degree Reiki gives you a strong foundation for working with Reiki for yourself and others. You’ll learn Reiki history and principles, how Reiki works, and techniques for self-treatment and working with others.
Along with traditional Reiki teachings, the class includes research on Reiki and the human biofield, ethics, and legal information relevant to energy practitioners in Ohio.
Study materials are provided before class so you can arrive prepared for the hands-on training.
Class includes a PowerPoint presentation, discussion and Q&A, Reiki attunements, hands-on practice, and a certificate of completion. Register Here
Second Degree Reiki
Second Degree Reiki builds on your First Degree training and expands the ways you can work with Reiki. You’ll receive your Second Degree attunement and learn the traditional symbols, along with techniques for scanning, beaming, distant Reiki, clinical practice, and group healing.
We’ll also explore Reiki research and legal considerations for Ohio practitioners, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and hands-on practice.

Reiki Master
Reiki Master training takes your practice to the next level, whether your goal is to deepen your own work or to teach and attune others.
You’ll learn the Master symbols, receive your Master attunement, and explore advanced Reiki techniques through hands-on practice. Training includes how to give Reiki attunements to students as well as considerations for working with people who may be physically fragile.
You’ll also learn how to create and work with a Reiki crystal grid for focused intention and energy work.

Chakra Harmonics
Take your Reiki, energetic bodywork, or massage practice to a new level—or begin exploring the healing work you’ve always wanted to do. Chakra Harmonics is a hands-on training that teaches you a practical approach to assessing and working with the chakra system to help others create meaningful, measurable change in their lives.
What You’ll Learn:

Verbal and energetic techniques for assessing the chakras

Methods for grounding the client and opening the heart

How the chakras interact with and influence one another

How to use chakra energy and heart coherence to support energetic processing and help clients shift energies associated with repetitive thoughts, emotions, and patterns

How to use your empathic abilities effectively without “taking on” the emotions or energies of others—a skill that can also be helpful in everyday interactions

How to incorporate crystals and tuning forks into chakra assessment and energetic processing
Class includes a PowerPoint presentation, instruction, discussion and Q&A, demonstrations, and a full-day practicum.
During the training, each student will work with four volunteers, practicing the techniques while receiving guidance and feedback from instructors.
You’ll leave with a structured technique you can begin incorporating into your existing practice—or use as a foundation for exploring a new direction in energetic healing work.
